I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We do our best to ship items out as fast as we can. Please allow 2-7 business days for production time of your custom order. Average shipping times are 5-10 business days following production.

Tracking numbers are generated once your items have shipped. If you do not have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at thelongswayhome@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. All claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Return shipping will be at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned package.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email or notify us via email at thelongswayhome@gmail.com to let us know. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination and vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping times are 5-10 business days following production.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

  • A smaller payment balance on the final payment.
  • Less future payments on the remaining loan balance.
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
